Hello, I’m Isabel and I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in Women’s Health and Disordered Eating.

I offer an integrative approach to the complex health challenges that women experience such as PCOS, hormone imbalances, and other period problems. By addressing the intersection of women’s health with the common struggle of disordered eating habits, I provide a whole person approach that supports client’s mental, emotional, and physical health for a lifetime. My mission is to help women build confidence in their nutrition while curating a trusting relationship within themselves.

  • Functional Medicine is a treatment model that empowers clients and healthcare providers to address the underlying cause of symptoms rather than treating the symptoms as the problem themselves. Through evidenced-based therapies including nutrition and lifestyle support, clients are able to discover a personalized approach that promotes whole body health.

  • Yes. I work exclusively with clients via telehealth regardless of where they are located.

  • Fees are based on the support needed, length of time working together, and functional testing involved in an individual’s treatment plan. Before working together, you will be able to discuss the range of options available to determine one that you find is a good fit for what you’re looking for. Isabel is considered out-of-network and does not accept insurance. Nutrition Counseling is HSA/FSA Eligible and payment plans and Superbills are available upon request.

  • For Private Nutrition Counseling, the minimum commitment is 3 months.

    For Group Counseling, the program is delivered over a 10-week period.

  • Yes, I use the DUTCH Complete Panel to assess sex hormones, adrenal hormones, organic acids, and so much more. This test is a urine test that can be easily collected from the comfort of your own home.
