My personal experience with disordered eating and hormone dysfunction has fueled my work with clients. After fighting my body with years of excessive exercise and restrictive eating, I was able to find freedom through prioritizing healing over weight-loss and learning to nourish my body without having to sacrifice my mental and emotional well-being.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am passionate about guiding women in using nutrition as a tool for healing. Unfortunately, society has polarized food and has taught us to fear and distrust our bodies. I actively reject that and encourage women to tune in and approach their bodies with curiosity.
There is so much we can learn from what our bodies communicate if only we are willing to listen!
